Happy New Year to all my readers and families!! Hope everyone is excited about the new year and has lots of resolutions to bring out the better us. As always, one of my new year resolutions is to be active in the blog with new posts frequently. I have shared very fewer blog posts in 2018 though I am pretty much active on Instagram. So, to start making up for that I am here with a recipe on the very first day. Today's recipe is an awesome idea to use leftover overripe bananas. At home, we don't like ripe bananas and hence I hunt for suggestions using the leftover bananas and I always end up making Banana Bread, Banana Muffin, Unniyappam, Banana Dosa or Sweet Bonda. Recently, I came across this Tasty video that explains this yummy fudge brownie and I gave it a try. It is a super quick recipe and it tastes really yummy.
