Wishing you all a very happy Valentine's Day!! Let this day of love, be a memorable one and celebrate it with your loved ones in a beautiful way. I missed the blog so much and finally, I am back to Sydney after my three weeks vacation to India. We really had a good time in India with our friends and relatives. With all the fond memories, I am back to my routine. As I compose this post, I am just relaxing on my couch after my morning hurry-burry activities. I have dropped Happy in her school and have few things to do before I pick her. Let us move on to the post. This year I am not ready with any special recipe for Valentine's Day and I am posting this Strawberry smoothie from my drafts. Check out my already posted Valentine's Day special recipes like Egg in a toast, Valentine's Jello hearts. Also, do check out my other Strawberry recipes: Strawberry Jam, Strawberry Yogurt and Strawberry Milkshake.
Ingredients:Strawberry - 4 to 5
Banana - 1(medium sized)
Thick Yogurt/Curd - 1/2 Cup(should not be sour)
Chilled Low fat Milk - 1/2 Cup
Honey - 1 tbsp
Method:
1. Wash the strawberries, remove the green leafy portion and chop it roughly. Peel the skin of the banana and chop it roughly. In a blender, blend the chopped strawberry and banana. Along with this add the required yoghurt and milk. Blend it well until combined.
2. Do a taste check and add the required honey. Transfer it to a cup and serve.
The healthy and yummy drink can be served with the breakfast toast or sandwich. I garnished it with a slice of strawberry and banana.

- Instead of honey, you can use regular sugar. Adjust the sugar/honey as per the sourness of the strawberry. I usually skip sugar/honey, since the sweetness from the banana is enough for us.
- You can replace yoghurt with almond milk or orange juice.
