After a long time I am posting a recipe for SNC and unfortunately this would be my last post since SNC is coming to an end. When Manju gave a chance to swap to Northern team, I am excited to try my own south indian recipes. I tried this paruppu bonda and getti chutney hosted by Viji. It came out really well and we enjoyed it for our evening coffee.

4. For the chutney, grind all the ingredients with little water. The chutney consistency should be thick. Transfer it to a bowl.
Serve the yummy bondas with getti chutney when it is hot. This can be served along with evening coffee.

- Adding rice flour gives crispiness to bondas.
