Happy Valentine's Day to all my readers!! This is just a simple and fun recipe, which you can make as soon as you jump out of the bed for your loved one, as an early morning Valentine treat. I paired chocolate coffee along with this egg toast. Though it is very simple, Jany loves the idea and he is impressed. Here, we go for the recipe:
Ingredients:Bread Slice - 1
Egg - 1
Butter - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Pepper - as required(Optional)
Method:
1. Using a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut out a heart from the slice of a bread as shown below. In a dosa pan, add some butter and melt it.
2. Toast both the pieces of the bread in the pan. After a minute, flip to cook the other side of the bread. Meanwhile break open the egg and pour it in the heart shaped hole. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Switch off the flame in a minute. Remove from pan and serve it.
The yummy egg in a toast is ready to be served.

- Toast the bread in low flame to get nice golden brown colour.
- If you don't prefer bull's eye egg in the middle, you can flip and cook for a minute.
