When I was in Chennai, I usually order fish through Supreme Seafood and once they were asking me to try Fish Eggs. I have never tasted it before or cooked it. However, I have heard it through my cousins. Dad also told it is very tasty and rich in nutrients. Hence, I ordered a small amount and tried it over a weekend. (almost 2 years ago 😁). I was searching recipes online and this thoran caught my attention. It is very similar to our vegetable thoran and the fish egg should be fried before making the thoran. The fish eggs don't seem to be appealing, but it tasted awesome and I am planning to make it in the future too. Before moving to the recipe, check out my other Seafood collections too.
