RoseMilk Popsicle Recipe/ Paal Ice/ Kuchi Ice | Summer Special

I wanted to post many summer special drinks, icecreams, popsicles for this summer. But one after the other we were sick and couldn't have anything chilled. Finally, I tried this popsicle yesterday and it is a quick recipe which can be made with only three ingredients. We really enjoyed the popsicle this weekend. My mom makes so many flavours of popsicles when I was a kid. My neighbour supplied us with the sticks from the nearby ice factory. Those memories of my childhood were really precious. I am planning to post few more summer special recipes soon.
Milk - 1/2 litre
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Rose Syrup - 2 tbsp
1. Boil the milk and allow it to cool completely. Once it is cooled, filter it. Add the sugar and rose syrup to the milk and mix well.
2. Pour it to the popsicle mould and seal it with the plastic wraps or aluminium foil.
3. Then pierce the wrap with a knife and insert popsicle stick. I have used sticks for 4 popsicle and used the caps with the moulds for 2 popsicle. Freeze it overnight or freeze it for about 8 to 12 hours.
4. Take it out of the freezer and place it in a bowl of water to remove the popsicle out of the mould smoothly.
Enjoy the chilled popsicle for this hot summer.
Points to remember:
  • If you don't have popsicle mould, then you can do it in tumblers.
  •  Adjust the sugar as per your preference. For the popsicle, the rose milk should be bit sweeter than you drink.
