Lemon Rice Recipe/ Elumichai Sadham | Lunch Box Ideas/ Quick Lunch Ideas

I usually don't prefer having variety rice. I like to have rice only with Kuzhambu and kootu. But I have learned few quick lunch recipes just for the sake of Jany's lunch box. Whenever I was lazy and wake up late, I use one of these recipes to pack lunch for Jany. Out of all these quick lunch recipes, lemon rice is one of the easiest with very less ingredients. I have clicked this recipe long back and was lying in my drafts. When I saw lemon rice as one of the Navarathri Recipes, I thought of posting it now. Without any delay let's go to the preparation steps.

Chicken Quiche Recipe/ Golden Onion Chicken Quiche| IFC #2

This month, International food challenge (IFC #2) is hosted by Shobana. For IFC 2, we are stepping into French Cuisine, one of the most challenging vast cuisines in the world. They are famous for their delicious pastries, but this time we dig into one of the multi-cuisine region which inherits partly German, partly French culture and so their recipes are influenced from both the countries, which is Alsace-Lorraine regionThere were many recipes to try from this region, but Shobana has given us some prominent recipes from the Alsace- Lorriane region. Fish Finger Recipe | Seafood Special

Fish Fingers are very simple and easy to make recipe. Any fleshy fish can be used for this preparation. I used Vanjiram/King fish to prepare this. Kids will really love it and this is one of the best finger foods which kids can have it on their own. Happy enjoyed having these fish fingers. It is crispy on the outside and soft inside. Usually, we get fish from the nearby market, this is the first time we ordered in Supreme Sea Food. They provided us with excellent finger stripes and we enjoyed a lot.

Mutton Liver Pepper Fry Recipe | Eeral Milagu Varuval | Mutton Recipes

Even though I love anything that is non-veg, I don't show any interest towards Liver and I almost hate it. Since mutton Liver is rich in iron, during my pregnancy Jany forced me to taste some mutton liver soup. I still remember the days, when he wakes up early to get Mutton Liver in the nearby shop. It was a surprise to everyone in the home since he hardly wakes up early :) Two weeks back I tried this liver pepper fry, it tastes awesome with freshly ground pepper. Here, we go for the recipe:

Adai Dosai Recipe | How to make Adai | Protein Dosai | Lentil Crepes

My aachi makes excellent adai and I love to eat it even on a daily basis. The adai is highly rich in protein since we are adding a mix of dals into it. We usually have it with coconut chutney or sugar. Once I tried adai aviyal in Sangeetha hotel along with my colleagues and it was so delicious. From that day, I started having this combo at home whenever I make aviyal. Even Jany and Happy started to like this heavenly protein-rich dosa.
