I had a great weekend, I tried some yummy recipes with Jack Fruit which Appa got it from hometown. I will be posting this as a part of Onam Sadya recipes. Also, I attended baking class by Chef Joe Francis in Gateway International Hotel. It was a nice experience, I enjoyed and learned some techniques in baking. Coming to today's recipe, this chicken balls is one of the recent chicken recipes, which is a huge hit in my home. Everyone including Happy enjoys it to the core. This is the recipe from my team mate Shobana. Once she prepared and brought it to office, it was yummy. I got the recipe from her and tried it the next weekend. Nowadays I make it often.
