Elai Adai is one of my favorite snacks that is made in my hometown. I was planning to click Ela Ada during my last vacation to India since finding jackfruit and Banana leaf is really hard in Sydney. However, I missed it and recently, to my surprise I spotted banana leaf and jackfruit in Indian shop. I grabbed both of them immediately since I had few recipes in mind. Advanced Gokulashtami/Krishna Jeyanthi wishes to all my dear readers. Hope everyone is busy preparing the snacks for tomorrow's festival.  To add on to my already existing Special recipes for Krishna Jeyanthi, I am sharing the recipe of Vella Seedai today. Last Friday I managed to try this vella seedai after sending Happy to school. Though it was not very much appealing like the Uppu seedai, it tasted so good. I reserved it for Happy's after school snack and I had a feeling that she will not try any. However, to my surprise, she started eating and liked it very much. Aloo Gobi Masala Recipe | Restaurant Style Aloo Gobi Masala | Potato Cauliflower Masala

Hope everyone is getting ready for the long weekend and the festivals that come after the weekend. I was planning to try many Krishna Jeyanthi recipes to post it here. However, I couldn't make any until now because of cold and fever. Hoping to post one or two recipes over the weekend. Until then please go through my special Krishna Jeyanthi recipes posted last year. Let us move on to today's recipe Aloo Gobi Masala. I always make Poori Masala or Channa Masala with poori. Recently, when I saw few florets of leftover cauliflower in the fridge, I planned to make Aloo Gobi. I followed the recipe from here and it was so yummy.
