To end this year with a sweet post, I had reserved this in my drafts for more than three months now. I love marshmallows and I introduced it to Happy when we were in Paris. Though it doesn't have any health benefits, I prefer to munch few :). I reserved few to try this recipe and here I am with this yummy and super quick fudge recipe:

Vazhakkai Podimas Recipe | Raw Banana Podimas | Raw Banana Stir fry

I am back with a dish for my vegetarian readers. I know how they have cursed me for posting non-veg recipes more often. I am planning to balance it in the future by giving importance to both veg and non-veg. Today's recipe is my recent favourite side dish for rice. I got this recipe from my colleague Nisha. She is a pure vegetarian and I bug her to share her traditional recipes. She even discussed with her mom and shared me few recipes. We are a small gang of people who go for lunch sharply by 12.30. In the gang, everyone is pure vegetarian except me. So obviously, our chit chat revolves around the food we bring that day. Once Nisha brought this and it tasted awesome. I got the recipe from her and tried it that week. We all loved it and I am here with this simple and easy recipe:

Pressure Cooker Vanilla Sponge Cake Recipe | Vanilla Sponge Cake using Pressure Cooker

This is one of the long-awaited recipes in Happy's Cook. I received many requests from readers to post cake recipe that is baked in a pressure cooker. I didn't get time to bake a cake in the cooker, so I delayed it. Finally, few week's back I tried it and here I am with the procedure. This cake recipe is similar to the Chocolate Sponge Cake which I posted during last Christmas.

When Happy was just 4 months old, accidentally I tried a pressure cooker cake since we don't have an Oven in my home town. It came out very well and mom motivates me to try more. Every week I started to bake a cake, cookies based on mom's request and she likes it. After I come to Chennai, I started to bake in an Oven. Just for posting it here I tried this cake in a very old cooker which mom carries all the way from hometown during her last trip to Chennai. Off to the recipe:

Fish Biryani Recipe | Fish Dum Biryani | Biryani using fried fish

When it comes to biryani, I love layered biryani which is very famous in Kerala(mixed with white rice and masala rice). But Jany prefers Tamilnadu style biryani. So I usually cook as per his preference. But this fish biryani and prawn biryani follows Kerala style of preparation and he too liked it. This is the first time I am trying fish biryani. Though it turned out very well, I am planning to try it again with boneless fish sliced into small pieces. So that it is easy to mix after layering. Off to the recipe:
