Chocolate Sponge Cake Recipe

I am planning to try Black Forest Cake in the near future. Last year I tried black forest, but it was a big disaster because of the base cake. So, I was hunting for a perfect base cake recipe which gives spongy cake. I got this from Chef Joe and it came out really well. This tastes very similar to the sponge cakes we get in bakery. Soon you can see black forest in this space :). Let's see the preparation steps:

Chicken Fried Rice Recipe - Indianized Recipe | Indian Style Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken fried rice is a one pot meal which includes egg, veggies and chicken. You can alter the recipe according to your preference. I usually make Chinese chicken fried rice by adding Soya sauce and other sauces. Once my neighbour gave us chicken fried rice which tastes equally good as mine. But it highlights the unique Indian taste of pepper, fennel and cumin. I got the recipe from her and I tried it yesterday. It was a big hit and she was excited since I made justice to her recipe. Here, we go for the Indian Style Chicken Fried rice:
